We will confirm the date and time for your complimentary phone consultation within a few hours. If we're unable to meet at the time you selected we will email you with a few dates and times.

About the Complimentary Consultation Meeting
Prior to the complimentary consultation meeting, we will go over the travel inquiry form you completed so we are prepared with follow-up and additional questions so we understand exactly what you're looking for in your next vacation. This is also a time for us to get to know one another and also for your to ask any questions you may have. We will also explain the next steps in moving forward with our services. You will then be able to make an informed decision to move forward with our services.
About Our Travel Research & Planning Fees
Due to the amount of time invested in research, working with our travel operators to negotiate rates, look over & negotiate contracts, and provide the best options for your upcoming vacation, along with providing our expert advice, travel coordination systems and availability throughout the time we decide to work together and until the time you return home a non-refundable and non-transferable fee must be received prior to us researching travel options, providing a quote, and retaining the travel services of Urban Chic Travelistas LLC. We're not only assisting you but your entire party so they are able to join you on your fabulous vacation with ease and so you're able to relax and not have to worry about relaying messages back and forth and all of the other travel details. We have your back!
An invoice will be sent to you after the complimentary phone consultation has taken place and both parties have collectively agreed to move forward with providing a quote.
When Will We Start Your Quote
Once we receive the full travel planning fee we will begin working on your travel proposal 10 business days prior to your anticipated deposit date. If you need to make two payments towards your planning fee we can do that as well. We will cover that during the complimentary consultation.
When You Will Receive Your Quote
We strive to provide quotes within 2-3 business days for destinations located in the Caribbean. Destinations outside of the Caribbean will take about 4-7 business days but will depend on the turn around time with the tour operator. Both of these timelines are also based on how many quotes we're currently working on. We will discuss when we will be able to provide your quote during the complimentary consultation. We will also touch base with you if we're still waiting for information so you're aware.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to cut down on providing multiple quotes we will only provide a quote approximately 10 business days prior to the date everyone on the lead client's reservation is able to submit their deposit. (For group reservations the reservation details will not be disclosed to the other travelers until the lead client has secured their reservation.)
Approximate Trip Deposit Amount
Deposit amounts can vary per the travel operator. To be safe, please be prepared to pay up to a $500 deposit per person. if the departure date is less than 60 days away, full payment will be expected.
How Long Do You Have to Retain Our Services
Once the travel proposal fee is paid and the first quote is delivered (not the revised proposals), you have up to 30 days to retain our travel services. On the 31st day, another travel proposal fee will be charged. Please Note: Although we provide enough time for you to make a decision and for revisions, the rates and availability cannot be guaranteed until the reservation is secured with a deposit or full payment.

- Other Destinations - $125 (per destination for multi-destination tours)
- Groups 10+ People - $250
