The remaining balance will be paid every three months beginning 3 months after the initial deposit:

Double Occupancy: $480 per person
Single Occupancy: $540 per person

Please Note: Multiple payments can be made prior to the payment installment due date to minimize the balance due.

Final Payment Due Date: July 31, 2026

Payment installments are due by the last day of the month, every three months after securing the reservation with a deposit.
All payments are processed immediately via your invoice.
You may submit multiple payments during the three months as long as the minimum monthly payment amount is paid by the last day of the month. You will only receive a payment reminder if there is a balance due. (i.e. if you've submitted several payments in advance you will not receive a reminder for several months until a balance is due.)
Late final payments will incur a $50 late fee.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

A valid passport is required for this trip.
Valid passport with at least 2 empty pages and expiration date at least 6 months after the return date.

Passport must have the following:

At least 2 empty pages
An expiration date 6 months or more beyond your return date
Must be in good condition - not torn or damaged
Must be a booklet not a card

If you do not have a valid passport please CLICK HERE to either apply for a new or renew your passport. It can take up to 16 weeks to receive your passport. Although this may be the most you can expect to wait to get a passport back, you should make every effort to apply as early as possible.

travel insurance

Travel insurance is not included in this package and will be an additional cost. We require all of our clients to secure travel protection to protect their investments for hosted trips. We will send you a travel insurance quote within 1 business day after you've registered for the trip. However, you are welcome to shop around and secure travel protection through a different company, however, please do not secure travel protection via a different travel advisor but directly through the travel insurance company instead. Proof of travel insurance is due no later than the final payment date.

We highly recommend securing travel insurance within days of securing your deposit so you have the following options available:

The grace period to obtain travel insurance to have these options available varies for each travel insurance company. Our affiliate allows 14-21 days from the day you secure your reservation with a deposit. Also, the closer you get to the departure date the more expensive travel protection can become.

WHO NEEDS TO REGISTER?
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
HOSTED GROUP TERMS & CONDITIONS

All roommates paying their own deposit must register so we're able to secure your reservation. (All roommates must submit their registration within 24 hours of each other.)
One person will be named the primary client on the booking but all guests sharing the same registration will be equally responsible for paying the balance. Roommates can submit payments for one another, which can be indicated in the form. Please read our terms & conditions for more information.

Please be sure to complete the registration form in it's entirety - you will need to click on a link within the form to submit your personal information. We cannot secure your reservation without it. You will be prompted to acknowledge you've submitted the information.
If you and your travel mate are registering separately, you must do so within 24 hours of one another to secure your reservation.
Your credit card information is not stored directly on our website. The information is kept secured on a separate and encrypted website for safety purposes and in compliance with the mandatory travel industry standards.
Your credit card will be automatically charged when you secure your reservation.
Once your reservation is secured, we will email you a confirmation email. Please check the details and let us know right away if anything needs to be changed.
