​Please Note: Monthly minimum payment amount are not equal payments. Please be sure to either submit an additional payment or pay more each month whenever you can so your final payment is manageable.

  • Registration & Deposits are processed within 1 business day once everyone on the registration has submitted their information.
  • Monthly Payments are only processed on the 16th & last day of each month (Monthly Payments will be processed on the next business day if these dates fall on the weekend.) - Please submit your payment no later than 8 am CST on the deadline date so your payment is processed on time.
  • Final payments are processed within 1 business day.
  • Late final payments will incur a $50 late fee.

A valid passport is required for this trip.
Passport must have the requiring: 
  • At least 2 empty pages
  • An expiration date 6 months or more beyond your return date
  • Must be in good condition - not torn or damaged
  • Must be a booklet not a card

​If you do not have a valid passport please CLICK HERE to either apply for a new or renew your passport. It can take up to 16 weeks to receive your passport. Although this may be the most you can expect to wait to get a passport back, you should make every effort to apply as early as possible. 
Please take the time to learn about all the new requirements well in advance and prior to departure for visiting Jamaica to understand how this will affect your vacation experience. Government requirements can be viewed here: www.visitjamaica.com/travelauthorization/ 

New requirements require the following advance actions:
Pre-Departure & Arrival in Jamaica:
  • Along with an approved Travel Authorization form prior to boarding a flight to Jamaica, ALL travelers ages 12 and up regardless of nationality, are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 Antigen or molecular (PCR, NAA, RNA) test performed by an accredited lab for which the sample was collected within 3 days of the travel date. Know that we are well-equipped to accommodate on-island testing prior to your return flight, as well.
  • Travel Authorization applications must be submitted within seven (7) days of the intended travel date.
  • All travelers to Jamaica are reminded that the Government of Jamaica Controlled Entry Programme protocols must be observed at all times.

​Return to the United States
  • If you plan to travel internationally, you will need to get a COVID-19 viral test (regardless of vaccination status) before you travel by air into the United States. You must show your negative result to the airline before you board your flight.
  • A COVID-19 viral test (regardless of vaccination status or citizenship) is required no more than 1 day before you travel by air into the United States. 
  • If you recently recovered from COVID-19, you may instead travel with documentation of recovery from COVID-19 (i.e., your positive COVID-19 viral test result on a sample taken no more than 90 days before the flight’s departure from a foreign country and a letter from a licensed healthcare provider or a public health official stating that you were cleared to travel).

Schedule of Insurance Benefits (Underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company)
  • Trip Interruption - Reimburses (up to the total trip cost) unused hotel arrangements plus additional costs to change or purchase a new airline ticket if you can't travel due to circumstances such as illness or injury to you, a family member, or traveling companion, jury duty, subpoena, or a traffic accident on the way to the airport.
  • Missed Connection: The plan reimburses you up to $500 for unused arrangements and additional transportation should you miss your Cruise or tour departure due to a delay of at least 3 hours to 12 hours of all regularly scheduled flights due to a covered reason, such as adverse weather or Quarantine (imposed by a physician or government authority).
  • Trip Delay: The plan reimburses you up to $3,000 for expenses such as meals, lodging, and local transportation costs should you be delayed 6 or more hours due to a defined Hazard, such as a Common Carrier Delay or Quarantine (imposed by a physician or government authority).
  • Emergency Evacuation – Pre-pays up to $75,000 for the cost of emergency medical transportation if a serious illness or injury occurs during your vacation that requires medical evacuation.
  • Medical Expense - Provides Medical Expense benefits for a covered Sickness or Injury incurred while on your Trip up to $50,000 plus emergency dental coverage up to $750.
  • Travel Accident - Accidental death and dismemberment coverage up to $10,000 in the event of loss of life or limb while flying.
  • Baggage and Personal Effects - Up to $1,000. Coverage for direct physical loss or damage to your Baggage, passports, or visas while on your Trip. There is a per article limit of $300. There is a combined maximum limit of $600 total for the following: jewelry; watches; articles consisting in whole or in part of silver, gold, or platinum; furs; articles trimmed with or made mostly of fur; sporting equipment, Ski Equipment, personal computers, radios, cameras, camcorders, and their accessories and related equipment and other electronic items.

  • All roommates paying their own deposit must register so we're able to secure your reservation. (All roommates must submit their registration within 24 hours of each other.)
  • One person will be named the primary client on the booking but all guests sharing the same registration will be equally responsible for paying the balance. Roommates can submit payments for one another, which can be indicated in the form. Please read our terms & conditions for more information. 
PLEASE NOTE: Rates can change at any time by the travel supplier and cannot be guaranteed until a reservation is secured with a deposit and/or full payment. If the rate increases more than $50 pp than what's quoted, you will receive a phone call and/or email notification prior to securing your reservation so you're aware of the total cost. ​
  • Please be sure to complete the registration form in it's entirety - you will need to click on a link within the form to submit your personal information. We cannot secure your reservation without it. You will be prompted to acknowledge you've submitted the information. 
  • If you and your travel mate are registering separately, you must do so within 24 hours of one another to secure your reservation.
  • Your credit card information is not stored directly on our website. The information is kept secured on a separate and encrypted website for safety purposes and in compliance with the mandatory travel industry standards. 
  • Your credit card will not be automatically charged when you submit your payment information. Please allow up to 1 business day.
  • Once your reservation is secured, we will email you a confirmation email. Please check the details and let us know right away if anything needs to be changed.

  • All guests must secure a reservation with the same travel agency to qualify for any group amenities allowed by the travel operator
  • Guests can either book a land-only or land & air package
  • If the group number falls below the minimum group number allowed per the travel operator, the amenities can be removed. If there was a discount applied to the booking the travel operator has the right to adjust the rate. 
  • Unfortunately, for guests who decide to book on their own they will not receive any amenities, be able to participate in any activities booked for guests under the group reservation, or receive any professional services through our travel agency for this group booking.
