Over time, friends and family began asking for help planning their own trips. Then referrals came. Then groups. What I thought was “just helping” slowly revealed itself as something much bigger.

I realized early on that travel isn’t just about logistics — it’s about trust. People are trusting you with their time, their money, their safety, and often their first experience in a new country. That responsibility shaped how I approached everything.

As my background in event planning and travel coordination merged, Urban Chic Travelistas was born as a boutique travel brand focused on curated, intentional experiences rather than volume or mass tourism. I didn’t want to book trips just to book them. I wanted to create journeys that felt meaningful, culturally respectful, and thoughtfully designed.
