Single Occupancy $1000 per person Double Occupancy $715 per person Deposit: $170 per person to secure airfare and room reservation.
If the rate is $51 or more per person above the approximate cost listed (plus any room upgrades) the traveler will receive an email or phone call to consent to the increased rate BEFORE the $170 deposit is submitted to the supplier. It is the traveler's responsibility to respond to the email/phone call within 24 hours in order to lock in the rate.
If the cost is $50 or less per person the $170 deposit will automatically be submitted to the supplier. Travelers should only submit their registration form once they are ready to pay the required deposit. Rates will be based on the information gathered from the submitted registration form. Deposit and PaymentsDeposit for this vacation package is $170 per person.
Room rates are based on single and double occupancy. Triple and quadruple occupancy rates are available upon request. Prices can change and are not guaranteed until a deposit is secured. Final payment is due by April 27, 2016. Each traveler must either make an one-time full payment or make a MINIMUM monthly payment of $50 per person or more BY THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH starting the following month after receipt of the deposit. The final payment is due by April 27, 2016. Monthly recurring payment installment plan is available. RegistrationTravelers must submit an online registration form along with their deposit in order to secure a room.
Submission of a completed reservation form for this vacation package will signify that you have read and will abide by our Terms and Conditions, along with the terms listed on this page. Flight ItineraryFlight schedules are based on availability. Flights can decrease or increase your total cost per person. Guests can request the date and time they would like to arrive to and depart Las Vegas, which is not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Ideally, arrival to Las Vegas will be no later than early evening and departure from Las Vegas will be late morning or early afternoon. Flight itineraries will be emailed once the vacation package is secured with a deposit. Accepted Method of PaymentCredit Cards/Debit Cards Only
If you do not have a credit/debit card please go to Walmart or any other discount store to purchase a reloadable debit card as a form of payment. ONLY purchase a MasterCard or Visa reloadable debit card. PLEASE NOTE: American Express reloadable debit cards are not accepted by the supplier. RoommatesRoommates must submit separate registration forms and deposits on the same day in order to secure a room.
Roommates can pay their registration and monthly payments with separate credit cards. Flight itinerary will be the same for all roommates unless the parties flights are leaving from different cities. In this case, the rate will be calculated by the supplier. Refunds will not be granted due to roommate abandonment. It is the responsibility of the roommates to ensure they are making their payments on time. The rate will be adjusted per person remaining in the room. A $50 late payment per person will be charged for any final payments received after April 27, 2016. A $50 cancellation fee per person will charged by Urban Chic Travelistas. Late payment and/or cancellation fees processed by Urban Chic Travelistas and/or Urban Chic Soirees & Destinations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late fees are not covered under the travel protection policy. |
